Measured it this morning, it is 31 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of dress. I am 5 foot 11 and it is not too short for me, still a mini dress so goes just past the bum to the top of the thighs

I would say it’s true to size, not small or big. I am probably closer to a 12 and it fits me but is slightly snug so I would say it’s a true to size 10
