Hi Katherine its really hard to accurately measure insole. I wear a is 24cm length converse trainer. My right fits is a true 37.5 and left foot is a true 38 due to arthritis in big toe and these boots fit well. As said the leather is super soft. Hope this helps. Happy to entertain a reasonable offer to see these go to a good home and give me some closet space.
