Not sure if the 4 is a US 4 or a different sizing system but best fits between 6-12 depending how fitted you want it. Armpit to armpit 52cm Waist lying flat 42cm Length 65cm Ok condition, some pulling/rippling to fabric on elbows and a small amount around bicep area. Not really noticeable.
