Hello, is there anyway to prove authenticity? Can you contact the shop it was purchased from and get them to send receipt? I have done this before and they are happy to. Thanks

Hi I can prove its authentic from a msg from the Prada AKL store, confirming it was purchased from a Sydney store. I have a snap of the CC payment also. They wont send a receipt to a non-account owner, I've tried. It was a gift, so I cant ask them for a physical receipt - thanks
