Brand new, made by me but it’s the same pattern as the Ruby Firebird Dress. This piece fits approx. size 12–16, thanks to the adjustable wrap ties which allow you to cinch and style it to your body. Super versatile and easy to wear. I’m a size 16 on top, 14 on the bottom at Ruby.
