Bette Monroe navy floral dress with a tie at the waist. Size XS. Made in New Zealand. There are a couple of very slight pulls in the fabric which you can hardly see unless you know they are there - see photos. Soft, light-weight fabric. Semi see-through, pair with a slip dress. V neckline with shoulder gathers and cross over wrap detail. Suits all body shapes, it can be fitted at the waist, or tied more loosely.
