Made by a Nelson designer (New Zealand) Beautiful beaded, feather flower detail. Lined and has a black Lacey hem. Very vintage or fairy core feeling. Asymmetric hemline. Great layering piece or standalone. Some rouching too. Says size 8 - would recommend for dress fit.
