Hello, Yes it would. This is the "Regular" cup size garment for House of CB, not the larger cup version they do of most dresses. From their website "Regular" is described as: House of CB offers specific cup sizing for many of their corseted garments, typically featuring a "Regular Cup" designed for A-C cups and a "Larger Cup" (D-E) option for more room.
