Bright red chiffon dress from the UK brand Warehouse. It has a round neck, open scoop back, and a neck tie/bow at the back. The pleated skirt is midi length, and the dress is fully lined with floaty angel sleeves. It has tiny waist loops if you want to add a skinny belt, but they are hidden in the waist if you don't want to take advantage of them.
