Just to explain what’s happened: the seller for your order (sale 2746579) was paid out automatically because a dispute wasn’t opened at the time. However, since they hadn’t withdrawn the funds yet, we’ve now reverted the payment on our end. If you’ve already sent the dress back, the seller can now refund the sale directly from their side by going to “More options” on the sale. If you’d like, you can let the seller know that the refund option is now available for them. If you don't hear back or see your refund issued let us know.
