Just to explain whatâs happened: the seller for your order (sale 2746579) was paid out automatically because a dispute wasnât opened at the time. However, since they hadnât withdrawn the funds yet, weâve now reverted the payment on our end.
If youâve already sent the dress back, the seller can now refund the sale directly from their side by going to âMore optionsâ on the sale. If youâd like, you can let the seller know that the refund option is now available for them.
