Hi, no fading - measurement is tricky as there’s no clear underarm point/no seam, but roughly would be 56cm (I’ve added another photo so you can see the shape of the top part)

Hi, no I’d say if anything it’s oversized (it has a corded waist to cinch it in). Sorry this belonged to my much smaller sister, so I wouldn’t fit it for a photo!
