Ivy and Jack brand purchased from Flo & Frankie. Shirred textured blouse with puff sleeves. Selling as it's too small for me, but makes for a lovely outfit. Comes with spare button for button up back. Some of the shirred has disappeared from the shoulders as noted in picture 3 but this does not impact the wear of the top.
