Gorgeous Y2K Vintage Principles sparkly rose cowl neck midi dress Brand Principles. Made in New Zealand. Has an asymmetrical hem on the outer mesh layer and also has sparkly glitter dots throughout the dress. Straps are not adjustable. Tag size 10 but I think fits a size 6/8. Size 6 in try on pic.
