Italian made Country Road black suede heels with tassel details. Size 38. These are quite old about 10 years and as such were made in Italy before country road moved all its manufacturing to Asia. The strap wraps around your leg and the tassels can either be tied at the front or back. Heel height only 8cm so quite comfy.
