Hi! No, I don’t think so. Apologies for the confusion, I realise my description is a bit unclear. I would say these are true to size and I will add a measurement of the length to the listing. For context, I am a true size 39 but will almost always size up in sandals and open-toe shoes. These shoes have adjustable straps and a strap at the back across the heel so could potentially also fit a smaller size.
