Hi there is this size 36 or 38 kookai sizing? Is it tight enough in the shirred misection area do you reckon it won't look baggy on a size 6? Thanks so much:)

It’s a black dress that’s shirred at the waist, I’m not sure what you mean as the photo shows the full dress
