Long sleeve blue velvet ruched dress. Stretchy and so comfortable. Has a dome closure in the front so you can make it more or less plunging. The waist tie can go to the front or the back. The group photo is the most true to colour. This was the one time I wore it. It is a size 16 on the tag but would also fit an 18 or a 14.
