Yes it fits my work laptop which is 14" when it is buckled (in the first photo) you can also loosen the buckle and make it look like the second photo in which case you could fit a bigger laptop

Hi how roomy is it would it fit a lap top? As well as wallet other bag items at the same time?

It fits my work laptop which is 14" when it is buckled down (in the first photo) you can also loosen the buckle and make it look like the second photo which gives you more space. Either way it is very roomy. I have taken it to work with a 500ml water bottle, wallet, etc.

Technically, it doesn't. It also doesn't have a jump ring to attach one to. You can unbuckle the strap that wraps under the bag and use that as a shoulder strap which I have done.
