Hi , the leather is all fine no damage or peeling, the inside is super clean the studs and rivets are all there with none loose, if you look close in the pics there is tarnishing or more ageing on the rivets and hardware, it actually had this when I purchased it originally but because of the bags age is a bit more tarnished now, if you would like further picture do not hesitate to ask
