A US women's size 7 typically converts to a 37-38 EUR. While 37-38 is the most common range for a size 7, some brands may place it specifically at a 37 or 38 depending on the manufacturer's standard. I find that knowing they would fit a foot 23.5-24 cm long is more accurate than any other type of sizing :) I hope that helps :)
