Mini multicoloured skirt with elastic black waist, very cooling, the fabric is a knitted wool with sparkly threads though it. Unique, bout from Harrods around 15 years ago and had the waist altered to fit. As it is stretch fabric and lining, it would fit 10-12 women’s.
