Some very minor scratches on lenses per images. Not noticeable and does not affect vision. Arms splat out a bit per image. Would be best on someone with a big head. Otherwise, any sunglass shop or optometrist can mould the arms to fit a smaller head. Comes with case and cleaning cloth.
