Brand new in original packaging In 1996, Salzburg’s Old Town was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hermès later released the In Salzburg silk scarf, designed by Loïc Dubigeon, inspired by this Austrian city known for its Baroque architecture. Salzburg is world-famous as the birthplace and home of Mozart, who spent over half of his short life here. It is also the hometown of conductor Herbert von Karajan and a filming location for The Sound of Music. The scarf presents Mozart as the city’s symbol, with the center depicting part of his former residence and a large musical score based on a 1771 Mozart manuscript. The lower section shows a snowy panorama of Salzburg’s Old Town—less overtly artistic than Prague, yet everywhere reflecting the city’s pride in Mozart. Size is approximately 80cm x 80cm Material is 100%silk
