Is it a fine mesh type fabric? And can you please provide length measurement? Thank you!

104cm length. It appears to be mesh with black satin lining which is sewn completely so there is no petticoat showing at the bottom. I have attached more photos because I have noticed a hole which is inside the lining of the dress.
