Stunning pearl of a teardrop shape and white-silver rich lustre in a spiney oyster shell. Pearl size is 1.7 x 1.2 cm. The shell is 3x4 cm. Adjustable cord is 28.5 cm. Spikes of the shell have been naturally polished by the sea so it is comfortable to wear. As with anything shell this is a unique piece and the pearl has really good lustre. Made and purchased in Raiatea (previously Hawai'ki where NZ Maori originally came from) in French Polynesia. Pearl is from Gambier archipelago.
