Black Lace Up Loafers

Black lace up loafers with fringe. Size is 38 which is in European sizing, but I wear normally about a 7.5 - 8. I have had these shoes for a while but have never actually worn them, they unfortunately just aren’t me. Purchased in Italy and sadly just sitting in the wardrobe gathering dust. These are a in shiny patent-leather look finish, and are lace up, as pictured. With a chunky heel, these would look great on the right person!
