Would this be a standard size 12?

I don't believe there is a standard size 12 these days, brands seem to vary don't they? The fitted part of the dress is across the bust and I've included those measurements. The straps are adjustable. The skirt is A Line so not fitted. It's super flattering and the fabric is the hero, very luxe and holds the shape really well. I will source and find A.Q's brand sizing and add it in the photos if that helps. It's a stunning dress and timeless.
