Hi, I can only give a general idea since I don't know your figure or how large a bust size you mean. I just tried the dress myself as I am 14 - 16 in dresses with DD - E bust and the fit was really good. It was a low Vee at the front but the sides were well covered up to my armpit ( no side boob ) I would feel comfortable wearing it.
