Did you measure around the dress ie chest measurement? Typical armpit to armpit for women’s clothes is between 50 and 59cm. I will attach a photo for you to see

Flat. I was a fashion designer. 😆 My small,Gather dress is that measurement flat. I also have the large, which is huge too. Perhaps it's a different style? That's probably it.
