Hi! Do these fit like a standard 12 would you say, or are they smaller / larger?

Hello! I would say mostly true to size but maybe slightly on the smaller side as hidden zips aren’t extremely strong especially when worn tight. I hope that helps - I can provide any measurements to give you a more an accurate idea!
