Hello, little confused on the size, you've noted on the listing theyre a 28, but gthe tag says 32'/28 which generally means waist size 32, 28 inch leg? I might be wrong! But you definitely think they'd fit a size 12? Last other question is the length says cropped, is it above or below ankle style?

I can confirm its size 12. Says crop. For me its sits below ankle, I am bit shortm
