Hi, what size are you usually? im a US 7 but wondering if you need to size up or down with the New Balance shoes?

Hi Maora! I'm actually a US 7 in everyday shoes, a US 7.5 when I'm running up to 10km and then learned I should wear a US 8 for longer runs as my feet swell a bit. hope that helps!
