What are the stones? Is all the gold plate 925!sterling silver ?

When I purchased the ring I was told the main stone is milky amethyst. Then there are small green and pink glass stones surrounding the main stone. The surface of the silver ring (s925) is coated with a layer of rose gold colour. Silver marking s925 on ring.
