I’m a seamstress myself and this one has nice easy hems. The lace layer is just cut and turned. The inner lining has been done with a special stretch knit machine hemmer but all I would do to recreate it is to overlock it and turn it and stitch. You could also double roll it if you prefer. I’ll pop an image at the end of the post so you can see but rest assured these are pretty easy hems for even an average sewer.
