Please see close up photo of the internal back of the dress. Something has been spilt whilst wearing and splashed up into the back of the lining. This is not visible from the outside - see close up photo of the outside of the dress where the stains are. As can be seen on the front and back image of the dress hanging, this does not impact on the overall appearance.
