carmen says dress with blue and brown polkadot print and frill detailing. Size S - garment runs true to size and would fit a size 8-10. 100% viscose. Reduced price due to a small tear on one of the frills (hardly noticeable when on) and by the zip as pictured - this was how the dress arrived but I think the tear by the zip could be hand sewn back.
