Hi, would you be able to me know if this is see-though and what is the measurement of the waist as I am size 6, wanting to know if it would fit me

The measurement of the waist band lying flat not being stretched is 35cm.. it is elastic so can be pulled in with the tie belt. As for the fabric it is a tiny bit see through, I wear a white slip and it's absolutely fine.
