Rat & Boa - Harlowe Blouse Size: XL(NZ14) Dress available on other listing. Not worn myself as too large for me (I am 12-14). Below is the previous sellers description. Only tried on once with their Cocoa Dress(I have listed seperately). I have pretty broad shoulders and they were not tight on, I'm usually a NZ16. The fit is meant to be loose and cuffs elongated but they can be pulled back away from your hands. There are no cuts, tears, the buttons on the cuffs are still intact.
