Hi! Apologies for the late reply! Approximate measurement lying flat is 54cm. I say approximate just because it’s hard to know exactly where the hips are on this one. I have posted more measurements in the description above. I am a 14-16 depending on the brand of pants and I find this great around the bum but a little tight around the tummy. Hope that helps!

Materials are 55% linen 45% viscose. I’d advise you check the inseam measurements against your height, but for me these are full length
