Gorman Navy Gold Floral Dress

Gorman navy dress with gold floral pattern and long sleeves. Size 12. Made of 100% Viscose. Lining is 100% Cotton. I bought this new and it arrived with a crack in the gold on the front flower. Has a small mark on on a flower on right sleeve (may come out with another dryclean)? Both flaws shown in pictures. Not noticeable when worn. Measurement from back of neck to bottom of hem: 102.5cm
