White Maxi Skirt

Hi, would you say this is more a pure bright white (cool toned) or an off white (warm undertone with crème or beige in it)?

Amazing - and what material is this? Could you also take a picture of the bottom of the skirt (preferably hanging? I just want to see how it gathers at the bottom and the length.
