I’m 5’4 and it does hit the floor on me so would hit the floor but easy enough to take up :)

It’s generous I’d say! I usually go between an 8-10 and this fit in the body but is a little tight in the bust so I’d say it wouldn’t be great for anything bigger that a c maybe d :)
