I’m not sure. I would think no as it’s a true size S and because the bottom part has a thick elastic it should be quite flattering for XS or S. I can give some measurements so you can check against another top: under arm approx 46cm, elastic hit where peplum hem starts approx 31cm, shoulder hem approx 55cm. Hope this helps!:)
