Is there padding in the bikini top? It looks like you’ve cut the lining?

If you were to wear it without the padding, can you see the holes/ridges on the fabric?

No you don't notice it. The white fabric is seperate to the printed one and it doesn't bunch to show the wholes. The printed fabric is also not see through.
