Are the sleeves quite a balloon/blouson shape, or just a bit loose?

Hi, it’s in perfect condition…I’ve literally worn it a couple of times so no bobbling. Arms are balloon shaped, yes, but not ridiculously so. The cuffs are tight at the end. And I’d say it’s a nicely oversized fit, not super fitted
