White and blue striped in colour with the most interesting and unique construction, having a draped puffy front around the chest with ribbon tie detail and flared bustle at the back. Very sturdy thick cotton has been used so the dress holds its shape and the bustle is comprised of tons of pleated layers for maximum flare. Small mark on the front around where the strings end pictured and very minor pulled threads at the back where the bustle begins, easily fixed.
