Gorgeous Whistle black and white ditsy dress. Worn only once and is therefore in perfect or as new condition. Size 18. Could possibly fit sizes 16 or 20 but please check measurements before buying. Lovely ditsy flower pattern. The only reason not worn is that I don’t really ever wear black. Long elasticated sleeves. Tie waist which looks good left loose around front or back, completely tied up or removed. Comes with 4 panels getting larger as it goes down giving a lovely maxi flair. Button opening on back of neck with fabric covered button (spare included on inner label). Fabric 100% Viscose. Measurements are; Chest across front underarm to underarm 60cm Length 116cm Full length sleeves from armpit to elastic cuff 45cm. Happy to answer any questions (genuine interest only please).
