Sold in new condition and never worn. Really pretty and gorgeous shade of blue which is well represented in the photos. Size 18 although due to smock style of the cut will fit a larger size. Elasticated straps. Tie belt which can be loosely tied, hanging front or back or completely removed. Fully lined as shown in photos. Measurements are; Chest width under arm to under arm - 58cm Total length from under arm to hem - 102cm Because of the style of the dress I did not measure waist.
