Hi Karmine, underarms measurements seam to seam is approximately 58,5 cm As for the waist it’s very wide as the extra fabric on each side is what makes the back « panels » when you tie the belt if that makes sense :) I have uploaded a photo with the dress laid flat so you can understand better
