Hi :) The tag size is XL (I’ve just updated the details now - copy & pasted and forgot to change the size in the description). The flat chest measurement would technically make it a size 12 but I think because it’s a stretchy knit, it could work for sizes 12-16; depending, of course, on preferred fit and weight distribution etc. Hope this makes sense?
